This is your chance to play an active role in shaping the direction of our association—and even represent Alabama educators at the NEA Representative Assembly in Denver, Colorado, in July 2026! The AEA Board of Directors has approved the official rules and procedures for this election cycle. Detailed information, including nomination forms, election rules, district maps, and eligibility requirements for all AEA elections—including the AEA Board, Administrator Board, ACT Board, ESP Board, and NEA State Delegates – can be found in the Elections section at myAEA.org. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, by 4:45 p.m.
