Please write your concerns and turn them in to your HEA Building Representative or to the Huntsville Education Association office. You may fax your form to (256) 533-7366 or e-mail your concern to hsvedu@bellsouth.net. After careful consideration, HEA will present appropriate concerns to the correct department and/or person. All concerns must be signed. No anonymous concerns will be acted upon.
